Zero chance that the Tigers would include a top 100 prospect like Paredes in a trade like this. Trade simulator vastly over-valuing Aguilar's current worth IMO. Would the Brewers trade Turang and Jeffress for a guy that currently has a negative 2019 WAR and two role-player prospects? That's pretty close to what this proposal is.

I think you are way over-estimating Erceg's and Aguilar's current value. Erceg hit .248/.306 at AA last year. Currently at AAA he is hitting .205/.313..Not the kind of prospect who headlines a deal. Aguilar right now is a negative in almost all catagories. Nottingham is nowhere near a center piece of this deal. I doubt the Tigers would give up Greene for the 3 much less Greene and a top 100 prospect.
