The way the Cubs have finished the season for the second year in a row, you have to wonder if the Cubs are on the downslide. They've got a couple aging pitchers in Hamels and Lester and have other bad contracts. Plus even they have reached their spending threshold.

I said back on Monday they wouldn’t win a game vs the Nats. But at least they are sorta kinda trying this game. Kapler is the worst manager in baseball, just ahead of Calloway who’s just ahead of Martinez.
