Accident (not likely, or we probably would have heard unless it was something like carbon monoxide poisoning), medical (brain aneurysm, happened to a cousin of mine when she was 19), overdose, suicide. I really hope it is medical and something that can be rationalized (undiagnosed aneurysm) and not the last two. I heard the other day that enough Fentanyl was smuggled into the US this year to kill every single US citizen.
