I put an asterix next to bay Street Pub. We can speak of them in the same breath with Roger Maris.

Final Statistics

 

By looking at the final OPS, I'd say we have three above average hitters and three guys just below average. Our SLG is way lower than out opponents. Our BB:K ration isn't good, either.

 

We need a to add a couple of big sticks next year. Anyone reading this know of anyone?

But some positive news. I propose some end-of-the-year awards:

 

Silver Bat Award

bball123h led the team with a .556 average.

 

Louisville Slugger Award

Houlie24x 1.621 OPS led the way. He was our one true power hitter.

 

Cy Young Award

Brewer Fever's ERA of 8.77.

 

Golden Glove Awards

Brian and Zak for flawless fielding this season.

 

Bill Hall Award

nullbyte for hitting .750 when putting the ball in play.

 

Geoff Jenkins Award

DougJones43 for three outfield assists.

 

Executive Of The Year Award

Brewerjamie15 for putting this team together.

 

In Desparate Need Of A Life Award

Jimbo for spending way too much time doing nerdy stuff like this.

how deep are the fences that you play on? and what core ball do you use?

There aren't any fences. Im not sure on the ball we use but im sure someone on the team would know.

I'll have to check when I can find the bag of balls and my bat. I have absolutely no idea of where that stuff ended up after the move. I did find a roll of chicken wire today though.

i would like to play but i live in ******on....we have 300 ft fences and I have hit 2 Hrs in 3 games in a fall league...in our summer league we have 275 ft fences and i went yard 15 times...I coulda added some pop to the line up
