Nice swing adjustment as suggested by teammate Zavier Warren triggered Wiemer's hot HR streak.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

We would have too many OF’s if he makes the big league’s. Many there is no such thing as too many. Can always trade him. Wouldn’t it be amazing if all 5 picks from 2020 made it to the show!

Not on quite as much as a heater as Wiemer is right now, but Zamora has turned it on after a slow start hitting 313/407/451 in 216 PAs with a 16.2 K% over the last two months.

We do? Yelich is really the only long-term OF in the majors. JBJ is gone after next year, as is Cain. Garcia is likely to decline his mutual option after this year. Taylor is controllable for awhile, but is he a long-term piece? Mitchell may be ready sometime next year, but I still think OF is actually very much a need moving forward.

And with Yelich's salary it would be a plus if the other two OF spots can be filled with pre-arby players.

To be honest, I could see Yelich moving to 1b in the near future. He has very nice speed on the base paths but he just doesn't get to much in the OF. He's kind of a long-strider with slow acceleration. Wasn't 1b his position in HS or the early minors?

He was primarily a 1B in HS. Hasn't played there as a pro, though.
