I don't trust any offense from someone playing in Cincy.  I think Cincy is more problematic than Coors is.  

I've thought about Mancini as well. 

Someone with better knowledge of the Orioles, don't they have some decent bullpen options as well?

How about Benintendi and Staumont? That may require parting with one of our top 100 prospects, but it would add a high-average, low strikeout bat, which our offense could sorely use, and a potential shutdown reliever alongside Hader/Williams/Boxberger.
