Which is the better pitch? Williams' change or Burnes' cutter?

Saw this on Twitter and thought it was an interesting question:

Gotta go with Burnes cutter because it seems like Corbin is much better at throwing the pitch for strikes in the zone, either swinging or takes.

Devin’s change seems like it gets more swing & miss out of the zone, but he has a harder time throwing it for strikes.

Williams's Airbender is a better pitch.
