We have yet to see INF/OF Yeison Perez since he was caught stealing 8/12 (4th inning) and immediately replaced in right field by Jose Gonzalez. ?

6th round pick 22-year old RHP Tyler Woessner struck out 5 in 2 scoreless innings for ACL Gold. Let’s see if that’s enough to punch his ticket to Zebulon.

Rehabbing 1B Ernesto Martinez smacked a grand slam for ACL Blue. I’m sure Manager Ayrault is expecting him back in Wisconsin soon.

INF Ney Serrano returned to action with ACL Blue after about 10 days’ absence.

And we have a bonus game today, as ACL Gold is actually playing a doubleheader against the Cubs.

Lastly, I don’t fret about some players’ organizational debuts taking time to occur (e.g. several recently drafted pitchers like Misiorowski), as I believe every debut coincides with the release of a player at this point in order to stay under the MILB aggregate roster cap.
