Also, just rewatching the game.

-Rotino mentioned that Vieiera has "only" 15 walks in 37 innings in Nashville.

Ummmmm

-that's how you close out a blowout.  Throw strikes.

He's a huge man.  Between him and Megill, I like the Brewers in any bullpen fight.

Plus Chafin probably fights dirty.

9.3% BB-rate for a hard throwing RP is pretty good especially in AAA with the tight automatic strike zone. League average BB-rate in the International League this year is 11.8%

When the umps feel left out and want to make stuff up and stroke their egos, that's usually when a balk gets called.

I guess the first base umpire saw a flinch, and of course a pitcher can't do that. I didn't see it. Vinny Rottino apparently saw something.

I actually thought on first viewing his upper body sways towards home plate before he turned and throw. Once you move towards home plate, you can't pickoff. Wiemer went on that movement too, as borderline imperceptible as it is they time their jumps based on that

Yep.  I had it as closer to 20% in my tiny little brain.  Mea culpa.

Also, I re-watched the game, and the balk looked pretty obvious.  His first move is toward the plate pretty blatantly.
