Cash only (almost unbelievably in a cashless stadium….ha!)

Enjoy!

For crying out loud -- these tickets used to be $4.  That is a 25% increase!  Oh the humanity!

Just a few years ago it was $1….and it was $1 for about twenty years.  But mocking makes the point too. Thanks,

Haven't bobblehead games always been Sunday games and more expensive anyhow though?

Not trying to troll or argue but I'm struggling to follow the logic behind the complaints in this thread.... compared to every other form of entertainment I personally spend money on, I feel like brewer games have stayed the most affordable out of everything over the past 5-10 years.... and it's not even close.

So your logic is since “everything” else has gone up, then don’t complain when Brewers prices go up too? Wouldn’t it also be logical for some families to go less to games EVEN IF prices stayed the same from last year because of all the steep increases elsewhere in meaningful areas?

At no point are any of us expecting ticket prices to go down, in general. We have been doing the ticket thing for ages and a small increase is normal. For decades. Many games have not had normal increases this season; they have been drastic. And the games are not marquis games and the demand is not there. And good seats go unused.

And I absolutely love those comments championing those ticket deals for Terrace seats and food. Paying almost anything for them, to me, seems like a rip off. Maybe a late season meaningful game or playoff game would give them value to me, but staying home seems better.

And the Flash Deal is good and all, and the tickets are Loge OF and Bleachers. Good deal.  Yet it is still true to realize the prices were so overpriced initially for a early week series in April against the Rays.

I get the feeling from some that the bite of paying the extra doesn’t hurt….not even a little. Just put it on the credit card and forget about it. Pay the minimum.

The craftiness of what the Brewers and major sports teams did n going cashless is wiping out the hurt of so many for big purchases like tickets and food at games. Forking over a bunch of 50s and 20s would make your body and mind physically ache, and the question of if this is worth it would be there. Not so much anymore.

The hard truth is that prices are jacked up and has affected attendance, mainly for those who want average to nice seats and are weighing value/worth.

Brewers were 15th in attendance in 2023
14th in 2022
This season? Sitting at 15th.

No need to make things up let alone call them a hard truth.

Thanks Rick. Been going to games there for twenty years but believe this is the first time getting these seats. Was a slow process but got in for $5 each with my kids, each got a tumbler and even sat in some decent seats during most of the game since it was a blowout. It is actually a decent option during these high demand games since it was a sellout and much cheaper than standing room.

Why is this even an argument?  Some people just have to be right I guess.

Simple fact #1:  Some fans feel priced out and go to fewer games because of the cost.  Some have even stopped going all together because of the costs involved.

Simple fact #2: Some fans don't mind the higher prices and will continue going to games.  Some even feel the higher costs are justified.
