Just a Fansided article proposing Chafin to Cubs. New York Post also suggested Chafin could have value.

If the Cubs are going to pick up Andrew Chafin to boost there bullpen they are toast for the year.

So Craig Counsell can trust the bullpen again. The Chicago Cubs needs bullpen help if they want to salvage their playoff hopes. Andrew Chafin can make a lot of bullpens better.

The best stretch of Chafin’s  career recently was when he was with the Cubs in ‘20-‘21. Seems like a rumor coming out of the bleachers at 1060 W. Addison than anything else.
