Ryan Braun almost came back this year

Trevor Plouffe today on the SkorNorth Twins show just mentioned when Yelich went down Ryan Braun heavily considered making a comeback this season at DH. Obviously it would have been a long shot, but the question is, do we think Braun at age 40 could still hit?

Lmao, clickbait at best. Braun hasn't played since 2020...and I am guessing he doesn't do 25% of the training someone would need to be doing just to try. Probably hasn't for years. 

I am sure he was happily waiting to be out of the spotlight ever since the PED fiasco. Now he just chills in Malibu with his family.

I think Braun could come in and be a nice RHed bat vs lefties. Poke the ball the other way. 

 

The part in bold is ridiculous though. Why not stick him back at 3B(maybe SS). Get the most out of this offense!
