Glad to hear it's coming along quickly!! 40% done is a great number still with a year and 2 months before Opening Day. Also nice to see the hotel will be done hopefully by then as well, I will be staying there if open for Opening Night(; All we need is a name for the ballpark, I don't want WiSe/ Wilson Sports and Entertainment Park any longer!!! How about WaWa Field with the 2 new ones in Wilson😉

The Warbirds arrival will likely lead to the end of collegiate summer baseball in Wilson, as the Wilson Tobs won't be locally funded any longer.

Gosh this saddens me, and I've never even been there.  Was planning a trip in 2026 to Biloxi and Carolina, guess I waited too long.  Oh well, the new park will have to do.

The Brewers actually owning the team, and the stadium, opens up some cool possibilities.

Is it going to basically be a sister location to the Arizona complex? Would be cool to have an actual training center, dining, and housing on the lot.

DSL Academy -> ACL Complex -> A-Ball Complex would be a huge leg up on the competition (competition being other MLB teams AND college recruiting).

Heck, throw us dorks a bone and get some statcast going.

Thought I would let everyone know that Wake County approved the lease of Five County Stadium to Capital Broadcasting yesterday. Lease owners change Jan 1st to CBC): also the watertower is just a white ball. Drove out that way Sunday.
