Or rename this thread "The Brewers are Lying To Us: A Discussion" and then never bring it up ever in another thread, lol.

Yet here you people are, still trying to keep it going. You people have no sense of regret or responsibility for your parts in this, do you? Lol I try to not resort to name calling, even when it's true. So I won't stoop to your levels.

I meant the organization. You didn't realize that? I'm sick of their lip service. It's time for action.

I just figured with how vocal you’ve been on here about it that you’d find some way to voice that to Mark and the Brewers.  How are they going to make any changes when they think everybody is happy?

They're not disagreeing? Lol seriously? I'm not dumb. They definitely are. Oh well. That's why it's called a discussion/debate.

Oh, they are definitely disagreeing with you… many posters are but it’s not because they don’t like you as you’ve claimed.

You may have had some good points that could have spurred discussion but when you make claims that everybody else is getting upset, that only your opinion is objective or that you won’t back down, because others are disagreeing with you, isn’t going to help or lead to discussion that will change any minds.

I also cane to that conclusion years ago already. But then, like some here have said before, stop telling our fan base that they are trying to win a WS, or that's what their intentions are. They should be honest, and say the truth. Our chances rest on pure luck.

I mean pretty much every team can say that. The Dodgers are by far the best team in baseball. If you offered me the Dodgers or the field, I'd take the field. I have seen too much random stuff happen in the playoffs. Trying to win a World Series and needing luck to do it aren't mutually exclusive.

And yes, I am generally positive. That doesn't mean I won't criticize the team. I have and will continue to do so. Sometimes I am right (Reese Olson deal, that Bowden Francis was the member of the File/Bettinger/Francis trio to hang onto) and sometimes I am wrong (my apologies to Bryan Hudson). But my positivity isn't because I am gullible or because I have some connection to the organization. My closest connection is that my wife's best friend's mom once taught a Brewers reliever's kid (I feel like I should post the Spaceballs clip after that). I am positive because I lived through the dark times, but also because I have seen the more recent positive trends. An international free agent signing/development system that struggled so much that I once said the DSL team's bullpen should be emblazoned with "Abandon All Hope Ye Who Enter Here" is now one of the best in baseball. Their pitching system has done so much taking players cast off by other teams for what they can't do and getting them to succeed by using what they can that it is positively Belichickian.

There is ample room for disagreement about how best to pursue a World Series. I mean for all we know the Brewers' internal evaluations are so positive about the young group that they think their best shot at a World Series is having them join Chourio in three years. I don't think that such a degree of certainty that one way is the only way is justified.
