• RHP Tyson Hardin placed on the Injured List (retroactive to 9/10)

The Nashville Sounds roster currently sits at 27 active + 1 MLB Rehab + 9 Injured List

"Retroactive" is usually promising, but so close to season's end, it seems Hardin's season is over. We hope for a good future report.

Braylon Payne is expected to take part in the Arizona Fall League this year.  The season begins on October 3 and rosters should be announced this week.  Milwaukee’s farmhands will join fellow prospects from the Astros, Giants, Rays, and Tigers organizations to fill out the roster for the Scottsdale Scorpions.

I've heard some chirps that LHP Jose Meneses is also heading to the AFL - which would mean, I believe, he will not be playing for Leones del Caracas. Yet to be confirmed but it seems like it is highly likely at this point.

Meneses is indeed participating in the AFL, as is RHP Joshua Quezada who spent time with all four full-season affiliates as a 22-year-old this year.

Aquino?  That one caught me off guard. Not that I am remembering much (anything) from him in the past couple of months. 

Is he rule 5 eligible this year? He never seemed to be a K guy, however seemed he could fill innings as a ground ball specialist.
