I was surprised to see:

Melvin Hernandez in Wilson - I hoped he might land in Wisconsin 

Eric Fischer in Wisconsin - I was confident he would be in Biloxi

Luis Lara in Nashville - I feared he might remain in Biloxi

As @Ro Mueller stated in the other thread, Hernandez was never that I can remember brought over to big league camp and never showed up in minor league lineups that were posted. It could be an unofficial rehab assignment or they could have been working on something and wanted to start with the easier placement.
