The Low-A Warbirds play two games at Hill City today, aiming to build on a 2-1 series lead. RHP Carlos Carra can continue his hot run of form (17.1 IP, 3 R, 20 Ks in 3 starts) in Game 1. RF Jose Anderson leads the Carolina League with 15 homers.

Update: RHP Tyler Renz got the start instead. This was a continuation of Friday’s 1st inning suspended contest, for which Carra warmed up but didn’t throw any live pitches.

The DSL Blue team is an absolute juggernaut, even with Gold having most of the big 2026 names (and being no slouches themselves).

This is going to be a fun class to follow.

The team has been able to mine at least 1 elite prospect from each of their last 5 classes. Chourio-Lara-Rodriguez-Made & Pena-Frias and now we have what looks like a positional class that rivals what we had in ‘24.

It’s obviously early, but the 2030 team could have 5-6 regulars from their international system — amazing.

In Friday's 13-9 ACL defeat, Alexander Frias, Juan Martinez and Jonathan Rangel reached base 11 of 12 times, with 6 RBIs.

In today's 7-4 victory, they reached base 10 of 14 times, with 4 RBIs.

Are there underlying things that show any of these ACL guys are gonna be good?

I remember seeing a lot of things about Made and Pena.
