8/20/05 6:05 CT- Brewers (Sheets) @ Astros (Rodriguez)

Ben Sheets will be trying to bounce back from the worst outing of his career tonight when he squares off against Wandy Rodriguez and the Houston Astros. Rodriguez sports an 8-5 record and a 6.09 ERA, which means he'll be good for at least 6 IP, 3H, 2 ER.

The Brewers maybe playing in a near media vacuum today with the Packers playing tonight. Anybody know which Central Wisconsin radio stations are carrying the game tonight?

Oh Crud, that is right the game is not on tv. Well that just blows.

I'm guessing that tonight's game isn't televised because FSN thinks we'd all rather watch a preseason football game.

Yuck.

I, personally, would rather watch college football instead of the NFL.

Augie,

They are on 1290 AM out of Milwaukee due to TMJ's commitment to carry the Pack (Coverage from 2 till 11 oy!). No idea how far the signal on that goes.

Outside of that I am unsure. Unless your local affiliate has a Pack/Crew conflict, it should be on your regular stations.

The lineup looks to have a little potential at least, minus Moeller of course. Only two lefty sticks.

ah, c'mon you wouldn't rather watch a porous Packers defense give up yardage at an 8 yard chunk. I stopped watching that crap 2 years ago. Besides Favre, I think Sheets epitomizes WI sports, and hopefully that will come to a front after Favre retires.

I think that it should be a manditory thing for the game to be shown when sheets is pitching!

I was just thinking that same thing earlier today. I am definitely going to petition Mark A to get that in the contract SOON!

Edit: Anyone got his email address off hand.

This game's not even on Extra Innings which makes me vERY ANGRy!

I can't believe i'm going to have to sit all hunched over in front of my computer instead of relaxing on the couch with the surround sound all the way up.

That's just crap.

Ned is going to go with the hot hand, and unfortunately JJ hasn't done much with the stick as of late. He also trying to show the "faithful" that he is putting his best bats on the field. Since the season is over, I just assume he gets more reps, but I am not a manager. Right now Bill has been at least been hitting the ball a little more, so does not look good for JJ the rest of the series.
