3 of 4 would be very nice. Somehow split with the Cards and bring on Cin, Ariz and SF! I have to say, Ill be disappointed if the Crew isn't .500 by August.

 

If they don't have a winning month I would be very disappointed, too. Which is nice to say because to be disappointed you have to expect something. The Brewers are starting to raise expectations, which is a good thing.

There seems to be a rash of baby girls for Brewer fans. Our daughter joined us on July 5th. We wanted to be surprised on the boy/girl thing, but knew the baby was complete breech (legs back) during the last month.

 

Since the minor league system is short of catching prospects, I was prepared to start my future Brewers catcher training program early on. I figured the baby would be a natural since it had been in the catcher's squat in the womb.

 

She responds to Uecker's soothing voice and joined us on the day of a Brewers win.
