Davis for another inning?

Bottom of the order coming up and Davis has been pitching well and has had plenty of rest. So I'm not too suprised.

Was Jenks' HR a cheapie, or a no-doubter like that shot he hit in ATL on Sunday?

It was a typical Jenks' HR. No-doubter.

Just because he got through these innings doesn't change my opinion. He was at 110 pitches and everyone in the pen was rested. Why do we have 12 men in the pen if we aren't going to use them? A double switch with Wes in at 3rd would have made a lot of sense to me.

Can someone please tell me why Doug Davis is called Sharpie?

I believe the "Sharpie" nickname comes from Doug's facial hair...last year especially. His mustache looked Captain Morgan-esque (almost like it was drawn on w/a sharpie.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

It looked like he used a Sharpie to paint on his gotee in his official picture.

Tell me Trent isn't up there to bunt.

edit: Nice bunt, but I still would have left Davis in if he was just going to bunt.

Wish we had double switched Durrington for Miller, let Moeller drop that bunt.

Durro could have scored from 2nd. Miller makes Sheets look fast.

Could a real baserunner have scored on Clark's hit?

(Yes, I'm asking now. Sorry. I couldn't type fast enough to get a "PINCH RUN FOR MILLER NOW!!" post done before Clark got a hit. Oh, well. The PR would have been thrown out anyway.)

Wearing my heart on my sleeve since birth. Hopefully, it's my only crime.
