Yesterday, in total protest to the bogus Brewer performance, I wore a Red Sox shirt and cap to run around town. I've decided to put away the Brewer hats and T shirts for a few days and give myself a break from the frustration and stress by not getting too into today's game. Maybe things will have changed by Friday, but for right now, I need a break. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
-I used to have a neat-o signature, but it got erased.

Here's hoping that one of the streakiest Brewer teams since 1987 gets things turned around as we head into a weekend series against the Pirates.

Go Crew.

No offense to Lyle, but its getting old seeing one of the best offensive prospects in baseball ride the pines. Send him down or play the man. This is poor handling of a young superstar in the making.

Looks Dusty putting Corey "i-deserve-to-lead-off-even-though-i-strike-out-three-times-a-game" Patterson at the top of the lineup is over... too bad for the brewers.

Makes me want to pound my head into the ground over, and over and over. At least the pain would be dulled by Casper's voice.

If I were Ned, I would give up on any semblence of managing - I mean just let the guys play. No bunts, no steal, no hit and runs... just play the most boring straight way.

If the media ask... why did you not bunt... you say 'the guys dont know how to bunt'

why did you not hit and run there... the guys will miss the signs

why did you not make a pitching change to get a good matchup.... does not matter, our relievers will just walk the lead off guy

Ned needs to manage in a style where all the heat goes onto the players. They are such prima donas on this team and all their crap play is not hightlighted enough. The collect millions of dollars of salary, they should be accountable. They are NOT accountable to be Barry Bonds, but the are accountable to perform to their (albeit low) standards.

Maddux is 11-2, 1.96 ERA, 0.99 WHIP lifetime against the Brewers. However, most of our lineup has good career numbers against him (save for the #3 and #4 hitters):

Brady Clark .450 BA/1.050 OPS

Rickie Weeks .500/1.667 (only 3 PAs)

Bill Hall .211/.461

Carlos Lee .154/.354

Lyle Overbay .467/1.311

Damian Miller .350/.909

Geoff Jenkins .364/.948

J.J. Hardy (no PAs)
