Bowler Needed Monday Nights

Our bowling team is in need of one bowler for our Monday Night League. Here are the details.

 

Monday nights 7:00 P.M. (Leagues starts this Monday Aug 27th, but does break for Labor day the following monday)

Men's League

Muskego, WI (Alpine Lanes)

30-pt scoring system (5pt per game individual, 2 pt per game team) (3pt per series individual, 4 pt per series team)

$14.00 bucks a week, $17 USBC one-time sanction fee

 

We aren't looking for cocky or arrogant bowlers, but no doofus's either. We have a ton of fun and a bunch of good guys who average between 160-210. We usually play a poker hand during the games (chosen card for a mark, best five card hand wins), etc. If you haven't been to Alpine Lanes, the setup is awesome for those that are concerned about missing football. Above each pair of lanes is a HD flat screen television that gives you the optimal viewing opportunity. You can reply here with any questions or pm me also. Thanks in advance.

I don't mean to hijack your thread, I hope you get your bowler (I live too far away otherwise I would). However, did the USBC sanction fee go up this year? I thought it was $14 last year?

I couldn't attend the captain's meeting, so I heard it second hand, not sure.

I only average about 125, so your league sounds a little too competitive for me, otherwise I would do it. Hope you find your guy, if you haven't already.
