A quick check of the schedule at Brewers.com indicates that the two remaining Sunday home games are set to be televised only by Telemundo. (The Wednesday game at Pittburgh is apparently only available on MLB.TV)

 

I realize the two Sunday games will be going head-to-head with the Packers (@Giants and @Vikings) those days, but God help us if we can't watch the Crew down the stretch.

 

Anyone heard anything regarding whether any of these games will be picked up and available to a wider audience? I can't imagine ESPN not picking up the final game with the Padres if it means anything at all to either team.

That stinks if it's true...I guess it's one of the perks of living in Tennessee for me. The negative though is that I cannot watch Reds games on MLB.tv due to "local blackout" wihch I think is sad.

 

My guess is that if it's close at that point ESPN will pick it up, but it won't be something announced until the week of.

Their feed kind of sucks, but it is better than nothing!

There is no excuse to not be airing every game for the rest of the season.

I'm just thinking here (I don't have proof of this), but that's kind of strange that those Sundays FSN doesn't carry the Brewers....yet they're carrying the Packers. I'm guessing this is a business move (at least at the beginning of the baseball season it was). Just a thought since the Packers play NFC teams in both games.

What complicates all this is that with Packer games, radio coverage becomes very spotty. There's plenty of TV bandwidth, though, as the Packers aren't on FSN or WMLW.

In the past FSN has picked up some late season games that weren't originally on the schedule, so maybe it could happen again this year.

Nothing like hitting the mute button on Telemundo and tuning into Ueck and Jim on 620.

With ESPN picking up the Friday night game vs. Atlanta, and FOX picking up the Saturday game, that's two games FSN can drop and hopefully use to pick up those two untelevised Sunday games.
