Can someone update us on the "top" guy the crew signed out of Latin America last year? He was the young guy with huge projectables...I can't remember his name.

Well I would assume you are refering to Ronaldo Pascual who it was speculated was signed with Damian Miller lost second round pick money. He was Elmer Dessens bad in rookie league last year, but there are little updates or media following of the Arizona Rookie League so he could have just been "working on things" and he is only 17 when most of his competition is older. Periard slumped through a couple of years of rookie ball at a young age too and until last night has been spectacular in A ball, so really only people in the organization know how he is coming along.
