I can tell you that they are the Weeks model cleat from 3N2 sports. I can also confirm that Weeks did in fact wear this model in 2004-06 before moving to Under Armor cleats in '07.

Whether or not they are game worm by Weeks is something much harder to prove as they are/were commercially sold.

 

They seller has a good feedback rating dealing with a lot of sports related merchandise. I'd feel fairly comfortable bidding on them, but I'd ask the guy a few questions first. How did he get them, does he guarantee them authentic...etc.

Yep. He helped design the shoe himself. Seems like a lot of work - for both sides - to walk away from it after two years.
