Trade for pitching....or trade it away? (Sheets discussion)

Crawford is a poor man's Corey Hart

While I wouldn't go that far, I actually just thought about this comparison maybe 2 minutes ago while reading the other Crawford thread. Though Hart is 7 months younger than Crawford, he's already put up the breakout offensive season people are hoping to see out of Crawford. Somehow, Crawford is a rising star and major franchise building block while Hart flies under the radar on the national scene. Maybe it's Crawford's longer big league track record, but it ain't Corey's fault that the Brewers elected to let him beat up on minor league pitching for a longer amount of time.

Wouldn't Crawford be a rich man's Corey Hart?

Since Hart has had a better year than Crawford has ever had Crawford would be a poor man's Corey Hart.

I am going off of the fact that while Corey may have put up better number - Crawford cost a lot more.

Hence, a rich man can afford Crawford, whereas us poor Milwaukeeans will have to "settle" for Hart and his superior numbers.
