Of Note:

Ben Sheets

Possibility:

To Dodgers for Matt Kemp & Jonathan Meloan

Chad Cordero:

Possibility:

To Brewers for Manny Parra, TGJ, and Alcides Escobar

Brian Fuentes:

Possibility:

To Brewers for Chris Capuano

I think I would like the first two proposals, but don't really like the Cappy for Fuentes deal

That's funny because of the three my initial reaction was no to the first two and yes to the third.
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

I love the Capuano for Fuentes deal. That's the best of the bunch imho (we give up the least) - but I guess this is all just Rotoworld's speculation.

I'd be down with Cappy for Fuentes.... It's slightly sell low for buy high, but I think it's a fair deal and would benefit both clubs.

The Sheets deal would make a lot of sense for both clubs I think as well.

The Chad Cordero deal seems a little rich to me.

Probably speculation that is no more than many scenarios posted on BF.net. Rotoworld is pretty good for fantasy baseball reasons, but I've never really relied on them for trades or insider league/team information. I do like the Cappy/Fuentes deal. The Sheets deal would be nice (Kemp is going to be a good one), but we may need more in return. Sheets for Kemp/Kershaw and I like it a lot more!!

I wish these places would figure out Doug does not do player for prospects trades. Never did really, but certainly not now.

Huh? Capellan? De La Rosa? Villaneuva?

I think the Brewers are very high on Parra. I can't imagine him being traded for anyone.

I could be wrong, but I think they have him penciled in as #2 in the future behind Gallardo.

Kemp isn't really a prospect anymore.
