Man it's been great to see these guys back for the derby and for the 25th celebration in general.

That's not what I'm saying. It appeared the defense, by the time Collins was retrieving the ball, assumed it was a homerun. Yes they threw the ball to 3B but it felt fairly nonchalant. I guess the runner was maybe not going full-go, either. Moot point either way.

I like that call (obviously as a Brewer fan) but yeah, if the Brewers play D normally there there may be a play a 3B.

Thinking about this some more -- and don't take this like I'm picking on you here; but, I wonder if any of the thinking with Arnold and the Brewers are "why provide our potential matchups in the playoffs with competent arms or bats?" You wonder how often teams think this when the deadline comes around. -

I'm sure playing for a team that is going nowhere and you know they've been going nowhere your entire career might cause you to hot dog it on occasion. I see the same thing you do but would be curious to see the effort if he plays for a team that gives a crap. -

Wow 1) can't believe Collins was called safe and 2) that the Mariners didn't challenge because I figured with our luck they'd over turn. Looks like Collins clearly got the hand in there. C'mon Brice!
