Was totally assuming the ball Baez hit was headed for the corner. Maybe a relatively routine play, but I have so little faith in Brewers defense to regularly.. play defense.. that I cringe every time a ball is hit hard in the infield.

0-2 pitch to Villar and he hits a HR. Obligatory: Atta boy, Villar.

What a treat Brewer fans are in for tomorrow. Seriously Tores, just pitch the ball.

Braun let a great pitch to hit go by for strike one, swung at a bad pitch for strike two, laid off a ball in the other box, then swings at a ball that almost hits him in the head. Probably one of the worst Braun at-bats I've ever seen.

Seems like the Brewers have barreled a lot of balls but hit them right at defenders tonight.

You watch far too many baseball games to be that annoyed when baseball commentators fill the dead air with pointless stories and random trivia. I see this is going to be the new season-long thing. Every time BA or Bill says something stupid we need to know that these guys stink. I watched three games today while doing work at home; I was shocked to find out in each game there were periods where the announcers told stupid anecdotes or made pointless observations while their was downtime in the game.

Does the camera seem like it's tilted one direction or the other? Seems like the field is sloped toward the Cubs' dugout because of the tilt on the camera. Maybe I'm on drugs.
