    I will be shocked if Saturday is anything other than a blowout. Looking forward to Yelich at leadoff again, Turang at 3 or 4, Frelick down at 8. Maybe put Lockridge at 5. Screw it. Let everyone get an opportunity during the last game of the season. This is going to be a huge choke job.

    And also, why do you bat him leadoff against the lefty. Yes, you're expecting a pitching change.. but then you just put yourself in a position where the bunt allowed Counsell to use the lefty one last time against Yelich. It didn't make sense when the lineups dropped and it doesn't make sense now.

    Your offense scores 16 runs in two games so you tinker with the lineup in a stupid way and then you do it again the next night and we're expecting a different result? Did Murphy get too high on his own supply after Monday night's game? Just what in the F is going on.

    I'm with you. Brewers showed why they're so tough there. They locked the Cubs down and gave themselves plenty of chances to score and just didn't get the hit or got themselves out. They have some horses tomorrow should they need them.

    They really bailed out Taillon with that bunt attempt. Lockridge had a 13 pitch AB his previous AB. If it fails, then you're counting on Ortiz for a big hit. Predictable outcome.

    Interesting discussion regarding Ashby. He's really been throwing well lately with great stuff and it may have been a plan for him to be more involved in the playoffs, I'm not sure. I do like the idea of getting through the lineup and lefties one time before Priester comes in with a completely different look and potentially the ability to almost finish the game off, if things go to plan. Big IF.

Since you're first post it was obvious you were a Cub fan. I'm not saying you can't post here, but you're not going to be treated like anything other than an annoying dork, which you are.
