  1. No hope for Turang in that situation.
  2. Catch the ball Rhys. Ortiz probably could have given him an easy bounce but that ball hit his glove on the fly. He's a butcher over there.
  3. My good lord I thought for sure Chourio would be out for a few games.
  4. I think he'll be OK but likely a 10-day stint. Good to see him put a little more weight on it the more he moved.
  5. Of course it leads to a ridiculous run. Blah.
  6. De La Cruz would hit .600 in 500 at bats against the Brewers.
  7. Nice at bat, Rhys. Good grief dude.
  8. I wish we could have seen a replay on that Chourio check swing. Also, I was surprised to see Rhys strike out.
  9. Hoskins is just an out machine. If no one is on, he'll just get himself out. If the Brewers are unlucky to have someone on in front of him, he'll wipe them both out.
  10. That 2-1 pitch to Hoskins should have been barreled. Instead he watches it AND the next pitch to sit down. Yikes.
  11. That was just a beautiful shot from Chourio. Everything about that one was perfect.
  12. Garbage! I would take that garbage on the Brewers.
  13. The song in The Goonies (by Cyndi Lauper) just came into my head.
  14. Agreed. If only MLB had a system where the best performers were performing at the highest level. ;)
  15. I can't either. I can only think of Bobby Cox putting Andruw Jones on the bench for "hot-dogging" it in the outfield.
  16. Anything hit to the pitcher should be a "run hard" scenario unless the pitcher is capable, then save your legs. That said, yeah, he should've ran. I'm not really ready to bench him for it. I think he knows he goofed.
  17. Yeah that was a missed call for sure. I think Haase may have been set up a bit outside hence the miss on the call. On TV it looked like a strike that was missed. It won't be the last the Bucknor misses.
  18. Nasty curve from Ashby for his first K.
