  1. If you can get the right player in return, trade him. It would need to be similar to the trade for Wild Bill. Proven high quality bat that is blocking someone. It's really threading the needle, but Peralta definitely has value.
  2. Plenty of lefties, and Miz is another option there since there's no way he's starting in the playoffs. But I predict he doesn't make the postseason roster.
  3. Just came in to say Coach Cooper would have yanked Seigler after that lollipop throw to first.
  4. Gasser is another candidate for BP duty. They need another late inning reliever, preferably LH, and Gasser could be a perfect fit. Ashby is a bit wild for a setup man type role, I think he has the perfect role right now. It is time though, after the trade deadline they need to add Henderson to the BP, and Gasser when he's ready. Not sure there's a role for Patrick.
  5. 1) SS is the most obvious offensive upgrade, but that may be needle/haystack. But I don't think they need to be limited by position. Yelich could play more OF opening up the DH spot for any position player. 2) Agreed. LH reliever so they can leverage the best option in the 7th and 8th depending on opposition's lineup.
  6. I don't think they start the season with an all rookie OF, but two would be realistic. Then the 3rd you bring up with Turang by the ASB. If they do that, I'll actually pay for Ballys. I would be 100% more interested in watching that team play every night vs a team with a couple of Renfroe-lights.
  7. Will they draft a kicker?
  8. Only one CB taken since pick 49. No idea if there's any CBs worth taking at 82, just found it interesting.
  9. As it turns out, Packers consult with Stokes on the draft, not Rodgers.
  10. In a way, similar to Gary pick. It's not about how complete a player he is, or how great a college player. It's about a specific set of skills. Skills that make him a nightmare for people like the Rams, Bucs, and Niners. He will find you.
  11. Walker pick brings up the perennial question. Great pick or not, would he have been available later? Can never be known, but get ready to hear that a lot.
  12. Honestly, I don't know why Seattle wouldn’t move Metcalf tonight.
  13. I understand the concept, but I don't understand how itemized deduction is larger than the standard deduction. The loan amounts you're talking about wouldn't came close to the higher standard deduction that's beeb in effect the last few yesrs.
  14. So you're through all the "8" movies?
  15. You are so close, but you need a Milwaukee crust around the edge. Just a light crispy crust to sprinkle in between all the cheesy/saucy bites. Mmmmm
  16. You're close. Half is the sauce, half is the crust, 25% of the rest is the cheese and toppings.
  17. Christmas week tradition, time to watch Band of Brothers.
  18. Impossible to keep prices down and carry a large volume of content. Can't be done. YTTV has already gone up $25+ per month while losing RSN. Now the battle with Disney, which isn't over, and then there's Fox, Viacom, etc. All whk have or want to have their own streaming.
  19. The email they sent to subscribers specifically said they're preserving the $65 price. Plus they're honoring the $15 discount for everyone on their next bill even though the channels were only gone for a day and a half. No price increase, riggggggght. Not today, but wait a month or two.
  20. I think there's a big difference between Bally's Sports channel being removed and people being denied access to their local ABC affiliate. Big, huge, gargantuan difference. ESPN, while not quite as influential as it once was, is still a pretty big deal as well. That's my point. ESPN is Disney, so the opposite is true. They ate WAY more influential as they once were, which is why it may not be resolved.
  21. Cmon man, thin crust is where it's at!
  22. I could easily see this not getting resolved. The RSNs never got resolved. Disney has so much clout, and now they their own streaming service, so they're not going to budge
  23. No, other than having to bounce in between apps rather than scroll through channels. First world problems.
  24. Just had Lou Malnati's, and I actually like Rockys a lot more. I get it's unique, but I get a huge craving for it every few months. Extra cheezy super-rony and side of breadsticks? Yes please.
