    The ball hitting the rubber I actually saw once. It was late in a high school game and the dirt had been dug out in front of the rubber. The batter hit a line drive, it hit the rubber and bounced of the fence between the third base dugout and home plate. On the ground ball going foul, where the ball is determines whether it is foul, not where it last touched the ground.

    This is the game where we find out if CC will be worth it. The good ones always stop a losing streak before it gets too long.

    Arizona is 5 for 8 with 2 hit batsmen in 2 innings. We are lucky it is only 1-0.

    This is my first time watching the Brewers after having Lasik. I should have had it done earlier. They look really good.

    At the start of this season Russell had 121 home runs in 1868 at bats. If he averaged a home run every other game(3 ab's/game) there is no way he would have been a free agent over the winter. Do BA and Bill even listen to themselves?

    Did BA just say that Russell is averaging a HR every 5.9 at bats for his career?

    Put some ice on it. If you feel a sharp pain when you put the ice on it, go get an x-ray. If the ice just numbs the injury wait for 2 or 3 days to see if it gets better.

    I just watched the replay of Prince's double in the sixth. He was obviously kidding about the runner not scoring. He had a big smile on his face and was laughing.

    I have said it before and I will say it again. It isn't a complete day until I read Al's Ramblings.

    I was once throwing BP to one of my players in the cage. He hit a line drive back at me breaking a bone in my elbow. I didn't make it 5 steps before I got sick. The best part was that when my assistant coach heard the sound of the ball hitting my arm he threw up too.
