does anyone have a number for how many games have been rain outs for the manatees? How about just the number for July? It's too many, either way. (because I currently check on Gamel first, used to be a tie, salome/gamel.)

I have alot of Brewer Prospect cards, and need to shed a few. No Ryan Braun or Manny Parra available, but have everyone else. Mat Gamel, Angel Salome, Gallardo, Escobar, Jeffress, Crabbe, Chavez, Rottino....chrome, refractor, xfractor, gold refractor, auto's.... Let me know if you need any, I'll bring in some scans.

I was in a great mood looking at Jeffress' line throught the thrird. Then I refreshed it to see the 4th. :-( Here's hoping for a nice 5th - Go Power! Liking the Manatees game though, - Go Tees! didn't take long tonite for Gamel to do his thing. double, 2rbi and the streak grows! no out, 1st inning. Gonna be a pretty nice Manatee game tonite.

is it bad that while the hammerheads put 6 on the manatees, that I was just waiting for the inning to end to see Mat lead off? and that I'm happy, no matter the outcome of the game?

was he working on this slider I'm hearing about? or mixing pitch speeds for a changeup? or was he really trying to throw fast? (this has become the topic of another thread at another place)

WOW, from skipping Helena, to 4 inning starts, to 100 pitch counts - in the span of a month? He'll be a Brewer by age 20 at this pace! I wish I lived in West Virginia, I wanna see this team. And if you didn't start collecting Jeffress's baseball cards yet, you better hurry.. everyone's on to him already!

these guys, across the board, are making me forget sometimes that the Major team is in first, and losing games.. I end up missing the Brewer games because I'm listening, or watching gamedays of these guys.. I'm having Brewer overload... but I don't hate it...

Oh man! Inman needed 2 more K's to beat Gallardo to 100 K's - after Gallardo's last outing, it was really up in the air. I've had this picture in my sig on another site since the beginning of the season, thinking it would be a good race to watch, I didn't know at the time it would be this close, and that our guys would be #1 and #2, http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e196/Kevbo74/race9898.jpg I really wish Inman had some baseball cards, because Gallardo's cards are really blowing up lately.. and sorta bought me a new aquarium :-) Here's to looking forward to watching Inman vs Jeffress next year...

I haven't bought a beckett in a long time. They are usually so off on thier prices that its just useless anyway. I didn't know the class of 01's were that high, but the first 100 were autographed, and I do believe thats his first major issue auto. I can't see that as a replacement for an Elite, though. You should try for that at all cost, and only settle if you have to :-) there's another on there,(you probably seen it) buy it now, 69. and no, lol, these aren't my auctions I'm trying to pimp :-) I have one, I'm good. later. I know he's been struggling, and wearing the Golden Sombrero from Thursdays game probably hurts, but what's up with him, didnt play yesterday or today...

I think his goal is to finally get a baseball card from bowman chrome :-) at least I hope it is. Great job so far, hope the K's keep coming, and that ERA is safe for another day.. can I call it a .500 season now? This team is pretty fun to listen to this year.
