There’s no chance they should take the cap hit to trade the MVP. He needs to get over it. -
Looks like he's just about gone full Favre. They should dare him to retire. It hasn't even been 24 hours and i'm already sick to death of this.
-
Get your vaccines people, we're trying to win baseball games here!
-
They have one of the best offenses in the league, one of the best coaches in the league, extended Bahktiari, extended Jones, have made the NFC title game the last two seasons and THAT isn't good enough for Rodgers? Don't let the door hit you on the way out. Enjoy Oakland.
-
That has got to be the most difficult position for a pitcher to come in, especially since he hasn't pitched in a while, but you still have to execute a little!
-
that's a bummer, I had high hopes for him after the KD trade. Hopefully he sticks around the org.

Unbelievable

Tepera suspended three games, Ross gets 1.

Tepera seems like he should be playing for the Cardinals. What a moron. -
He still hasn't walked this year has he? I am extremely concerned about him.

Has anyone seen anything about when tickets beyond the Dodgers series will go onsale? Will be fully vaxxed soon and would like to hit up a game or two in May. -
This is the good stuff right here
-
Hopefully this is just temporary for this year. I hate how everything is going to digital instead of physical.

Fernando Tatis Jr. Extension - 14 years, $340 million
MillerParkSouth replied to Eye Black's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
All owners can afford to sign whoever they want, they just choose not to. It’s as simple as that. Good for Padres fans. -
Bauer to Dodgers, lots of deferrals in Wong's deal, let's bring Turner in!
-
The one potentially good outcome in all of this is squeezing a couple more years of Braun (at hopefully a reasonable salary of course).
-
I really hope that the 16 team playoffs isn't permanent after '21. Totally cheapens the regular season when half the teams make the playoffs.
-
I didn't think it was possible for anyone to hate the game of baseball more than Manfred does, but the owners are lapping him. It's unbelievable and insanely frustrating since this is all so avoidable.

2020 Draft Pick Discussion, Rounds 1-5
MillerParkSouth replied to Eye Black's topic in MLB Draft & International Signings
I really hate that the draft is over now. Well done owners/Manfred, wouldn't want any more cheap talent in the pipeline to dream on -
Has anyone seen anything about what the "special opportunity to use your credits" will be? I'm guessing it'll some kind of pre-sale for 2021? I'll probably just get a refund anyways, but curious if anyone has gotten any info from their ticket rep.
-
I don't believe for one second that they will actually lose money on a season. They're just trying to protect their profits, which I understand, but it's kind of ridiculous to ask the players to share in the losses when they have definitely not been sharing in the profits in recent years.
-
I love how the owners are offering the same salary to the players just in different appearances with % prorate and # of games. Like the players wouldn't see right through that. It really doesn't seem like the owners want baseball this year.
-
If there is no season this year, it is on the owners. They have an agreement on salary with the players and they want to go back on it to protect their profits. It seems that they and Manfred have done nothing but negotiate in bad faith through the media. It's pathetic.
-
oh wow, I thought they were allowing refunds like literally every club that I had seen released so far. That is pretty bush to not offer that as an option given the current situation.
-
Kind of lame that I can’t get a refund for my May tickets yet since there’s no chance of those games happening.
