    Brewerfan.net's entire purpose is to turn casual fans into avid fans. It -can- happen, and it -does- happen. Look at the number of members we have. It's a number that is constantly growing. No matter what it is you're trying to accomplish, you may very well get labeled in certain ways by people. There's nothing you can do about it. You -can- however ****** the process. I think that this site is very inviting. I think that the site has a great reputation, and that we are by no means "above" other fan sites. Sure, some folks are quick to the draw from time to time, but that's not terribly often. Yeah, some people may think of BF.net as "elite" all we can hope is that in those cases it is not a negative connotation.

    PbP won't be pretty; Hendrickson has given up two runs already 2 outs and a man on second for the White Sox. 2's across the board... secondbaseman Crab (for Weeks) with a diving stab on a Mackowiack liner fires to Fielder for the force out. 2-0 White Sox Bottom half of first: Clark: cintron with the grab Clark thrown out 7-3 Cirillo: 5-3 Jenkins: 3-0 count... Green Light? too low. BB Fielder: hitting .269 couple dingers on the year, throw to first- with a nice move by Richard Jenks is safe. 1-1 count check swing "xcuse me hit to third, 5-3 on the FC.

    Uhh.. hey Mass? I dont know if you've realized this yet, but when you start the IGT's lately the Brewers lose. If they lose this one, I'll have to do a "reverse rant" on you. Ben Hendrickson however, is not going to be spared that luxury, he needs my help right now. Ben couldn't throw a strike if he were a union leader. Ben gives up more walks than the MDA. (charity fund raiser walks, get it?) Ben would still give up a hit if the batter were using a toothpick. Yeah, maybe a bit weak, it's Spring Training for me too ya know...

    Hey everyone. As you all know, I've been implementing some new contests, softball, etc around here and I'd like to offer some more contests. I need help however. Normally I wouldn't ask, but I'm running low on funds; I've recently purchased some shirts and other stuff to give out as prizes and although I have some nice stuff, I'd like to get more. So- if anyone has a bobble head, tix, autographed stuff, game used stuff, etc they would like to donate please, please contact me via inbox or email. I can pick stuff up if you're in the MKE area. I'm going to rifle through my Brewers collection and donate a good portion of it.     BTW: It was once suggested I create a mass mailing list for the softball team. I don't have everyone's email, and this is easier for me with all the other BF.Net projects going on. Just stay tuned to the boards for information. Jamie

    I ordered my softball jerseys as soon as they went online and got them today. The fronts were fine, the sleeve color was ok, but the back was blank. I have called to resolve the situation and it has been requested by Cafe Press that those of you who have not yet ordered please wait untill I give the word that it's ok. Should be resolved by Wednesday of next week. Sorry for the hassle. If you have ordered, you will get an invoice with your purchase. There is a customer service number listed, I suggest you call and get your shirt replaced. My shirts are being replaced free of charge. Cafe Press is aware of the problem and I'm sure that they will handle your problem if you've ordered already in a professional manner. Jamie

    Let's not get too pumped up about Kolb just yet. Maddux needs time to work with him. Kolb got himself messed up in Atlanta, Maddux needs time to fix it. BTW Mike Maddux needs some kind of a cool nick name.

    Rather interesting information on Dana Eveland's Spring so far: Phoenix - Left-hander Dana Eveland, who struggled in his first two outings this spring, heads to the mound in search of redemption as the Brewers open a split-squad, day-night doubleheader with a game against Arizona this afternoon at Maryvale Baseball Park. In his first two outings this spring, Eveland worked two innings and allowed eight runs, nine hits and three walks. Opponents are batting .692 against him and his ERA is 36.00. (from MJS) I know it's ST, but ouch.

BTW: I ordered the blue pattern, which obviously coinsides with the Brewers, so let's chose those.
