    Jenks doesn't hit lefties too well, thus the reason he is sitting tonight. As hot as Jenkins is right now, you can't afford NOT to play him, lefty or not.

    Man oh man I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think we get even 3 runs tonight. Look at this line-up against the lefty Mulder: 1 Brady Clark 2 Rickie Weeks 3 Lyle Overbay 4 Carlos Lee 5 Bill Hall 6 Chris Magruder 7 J.J. Hardy 8 Chad Moeller 9 Ben Sheets Why not give Helms the nod at first? He hits lefties at .280, Overbay hits lefties at .238 Jenkins is hot right now, who cares if it's a leftie or a righty? Jenks is seeing the ball well at the moment, ya gotta leave him in the game what in the heck do you gain with Magruder? Jenkins is also better on defense. Is Hardy being in the line-up your best option offensively with bad chad catching? I'd probably opt for Hall at short instead, keeping Overbay in at first, and then Helms at third. Can someone explain why Ned is marching that offense out there???

    I'm still having back problems, and took a muscle relaxer just a while ago, it's actually making this Bob Brainerd pre-game out-takes/goofs rather funny. Quite honestly, the guy is rather quick witted when he gets tongue- tied.

    We just got back from the game. We had to leave in the fifth inning because Rachel was getting pretty tired, warm, uncomfortable, and crabby. HUGE crowd tonight. I heard we were on TV, right by some guys with Rollie FIngers mustaches and a sign. I get home, we're down two 5-3 let's hope for the best.

    Well, I have to say this should be a pretty good game. After last night's tough loss, the Nationals will be pretty ticked off and looking to do some damage. I would not be surprised to see a scuffle tonight. I think it'll be an intense game.

As a matter of fact, one is for BBQ'd squirrel, you've seen the grill in my yard right? The recipe starts out calling for 4, that's right 4 squirrels hacked up into quarters which was dated : 7/14/05 2:56 pm. drawn and quartered? HACKED UP into quarters? Hmmmm... I wonder why Dusty is posting on different threads??? Perhaps he feels the wrath of Brewerjamie15 upon his neck?? This battle ends by sundown on Saturday July 16. My little girl does that, the Bill Hall Chant and el Caballo chant. I'm taking her with us on Saturday to the game.     Very nice catch and throw by Jenkins to third to try getting Giles tagging up. I really thought he'd get him, looks like 3TO may havebeen just a bit late getting the glove down.
