Yea - it really does feel like he connects better with getting these kids prepared. I am sure that goes back to his time in Juniors as well. The guy has just won everywhere he goes.

No kidding. Great game. Hopefully they dont come out flat tomorrow.

I'm gonna jinx it, but yea, I'm gonna say it, this is a good team. The offensive zone time has to be 2 to 1. They have given up a few odd man breaks but overall I am impressed.

20 minutes in in Minnesota...these Badgers look...good. Like, really good. Outside of the first 15 seconds they have dominated the next 25 minutes.

Or CC is going to use an offer as leverage. The most likely scenario is that none of us have any idea what he is thinking. That said, I am hopeful he stays. Would be quite annoyed if he went to the Mets. Go to the AL if you are going to bounce.

I am pretty excited. The team looks like they have better d-zone coverage which was something I constantly complained about the last few years. Nice to get a few wins, but this weekend should be a good barometer of where this team is at. Even getting swept but competitive would be fine with me.

Giannis is only 28. Or are speaking from future you?
  8. stoutdude04
Team swinging at a lot of balls this inning...sheesh. Donaldson missing a spinner sucks.

If it's to announce a new sponsor...probably to get some buzz going for the sponsor.

The frustrating part is that a few of the games they've lost recently really felt like ones they should have won. The no hit game in New York, last nights game with the 15 gidp balls. Either way, solid position, but I would prefer they lock it up before the Cubs come to town.

Id guess Craig manages the Brewers or no where at all. But that's just my guess.

Just pointing out that Angel Hernandez is awful.
  13. stoutdude04
This question always comes up. I'd rather go for 2 early so you know if you need two drives or not.

I renewed our 4 as well. Semi annoyed that the first 'slap shot' game is actually Sunday.
  15. stoutdude04
Was wondering if this is what happened. I am following along on Gameday. Bummer.
  16. stoutdude04
I wasnt, only because he looked terrible. If he had 0 or 1 earned I would have been!
  17. stoutdude04
Knowing the temps and such today I parlayed Burnes and Maeda under 18.5 outs. Just felt like there was no way either is making it past 6 innings.
  18. stoutdude04
    Lol. Canha has been brutal.
  19. stoutdude04
Nope. This ump has been brutal. I turned the gsme on in the 2nd and saw Houser punch a guy out on a pitch in the same spot. Realized it was going to be one of those games. And it has been.
  20. stoutdude04
Rock just said the strike zone has been good. I disagree.
  21. stoutdude04
So annoying. Wiemer swings through ball 4 and then the ump bails him out of ball 4.
  22. stoutdude04
Said to my wife...Wiemer should make him throw 2 straight. Missed opportunity there.
  23. stoutdude04
I mean, that didnt hit his arm. There is a reason Albies didnt move towards first.
  24. stoutdude04
    Thought so too.
  25. stoutdude04
Lol. Umpires are great at their job.
