    Lady hit by a ball during BP 2 years ago has decided to sue the Brewers...her attorney says the Brewers should have more protection in place because there wasnt even a game being played. Wow. Just wow. Thats my opinion.

    I was in the right field bleachers and saw the play and had to do a double take on who was running. I thought it was Cutch...that's why I was shouting to throw to 2. Then he threw him out by 2(?) steps. I was pretty shocked when I looked back up and saw that it was in fact McCutchen running. It was a great play.

    Shift is annoying when it doesn't work. I'm surprised they woukd shift on such a good hitter.

    He is really fast and doesn't seem to just run at will.

    I havent used it at all this year because of this. I only liked the old version. I'm happy to hear they changed something.

    Is it actually smaller than others though? I really don't know. I think part of the issue was that yesterdays ump wasn't great, but he also moves around a lot. When that happens the ump doesnt see the ball as well(not that it is an excuse to miss strike calls, but it does happen).

    Paying off student loans. It took me 8 years but I am down to just 700$ on my last student loan. Will be paying that off next month unless something major pops up. Excited.

    I don't mind CC...but the obsession with Kirk is old. Let Santana play. He might have a future. Kirk doesnt.

    I've been obsessed with Broxton since we got him, so I am thrilled with his recent performance. However, I don't want to get my hopes up. I am excited that we got him for basically nothing...even though a few others may think otherwise.

    True. The other issue is that he goes every time he is on...so, pitchers know it's coming.

    Sucks...but that was a great move and was in a perfect spot. Not even sure he was leaning...but I'd have to go back to check it out.

    I saw it generally at 94 to 97 on tv with a lot at 95.

    Apparently the Red Sox cancelled their David Ortiz bobblehead night because it was racially insensitive. I looked the bobble up and was kind of shocked by one portion of it. I'm glad they decided to not pass them out today and will pass out new ones for people with tickets to tonight's game at a later date.

    He is an elite catcher, but he would probably just be an above average 1b or DH...potentially costing him money as well. There are a lot of pieces he had to think about. He had a no trade clause and used it. I wont hold it against him. He said some things before the season but that seemed to be more of a one off than his typically personality.

    That just isn't true thought. You can very well say Carter replaced Davis without looking at Flores... What's to say Flores wouldnt have started at first base if we didn't have Carter? You cant look at two players from one side and only one player from the other side. (Does that makes sense?) For example...if we had Davis in right and Flores at first...as opposed to Carter at first and Flores in the OF...the WAR changes a good amount. Imo I think it was basically a trade off with improved defense.

    I think the package for Smith was amazing. Barnes has been a pleasant surprise. I just hope he gets healthy. He will probably get a chacne to be the 7th inning guy if Blazek continues to struggle.

    Yes, as well as other players that have been through the Brewers system. He gives some insight about things here and there. Fun guy to have around.

    Better not trade him just to trade him...that is my fear. Take a lesser deal from say...the Mets.

    I feel underwhelmed, but it appears that the market wasn't as high for catchers. Which is shocking to me after what Nunez was traded for.
