  1. Ryan Vogelsong hit in the face with a fastball today... I'll be okay when we decide to no longer have pitchers hitting.
  2. Because our manager isn't the brightest. You're in trouble now, Brew4U will give a privet post and scold you for saying something negative and possibly hurt the forum in a way that his friends will get mad and leave. Pay attention, and you can figure who the rest of the cheerleading squad is. Lol. You are something. That's for sure.
  3. Falcons cut prices for concessions...and I have to admit. I hope more teams go this route. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/15560867/atlanta-falcons-offer-lowest-concession-prices-major-team-sports-new-mercedes-benz-stadium
  4. I know it's correct, but I still think it's bogus. He missed it. To me, that's an error. He didn't miss it. He couldn't see it. Big difference. While I dont disagree, I still think it should be an error. He appeared to jog slowly to the spot. Maybe he didn't see it right away, or even at all. However, he did nothing to try to combat the sun either. Try running to the spot and put your hat/glove up. I'm also pretty sure he had no sunglasses on...could that have made the difference? I am not sure. In my opinion it should be an error.
  5. You're right. I was typing on my phone and didnt have a chance to make my stance clear. I'm not complaining about the scorers decision. I am complaining about plays like that not being considered errors.

  7. FSSD had him as the Star of the Game before the 9th. They might want to think about JJ as well for working around the error just like on Friday. 2 very impressive saves. No error on the play. Don't even get started with that bogus ruling.
  8. Simile I believe.
  9. Also, I'm certain NO ONE on here is expecting playoffs, so...
  10. Ryan Braun says hello... Braun is busy throwing his friends under the bus. That makes him a poor offensive player?
  11. Lol. Carter by far...eh? Your posts make it seem like you hate the make up of the team...that's fine, but the shtick is getting old. Reminds of the the one poster who made all sorts of bold claims and is no longer around. Hopefully your fate isn't the same. Hey the Brewers were like 86-3 when "that guy" attended games. So a little respect please. What was his name again? He was interesting.

Reminds of the the one poster who made all sorts of bold claims and is no longer around. Hopefully your fate isn't the same. Who is better? That Braun guy is having a strong start. I never said better, but I wouldn't say Carter BY FAR. In fact, I'd venture a guess that Braun is off to a better start.

  14. Exactly. Melvin was hardly a bad GM. He was given orders to keep the team a float, compete and draw as close to 3M people as possible. Stearns was given the latitude to tank, Melvin wasnt. Are we sure of that?
  15. I was just reading that Braun has readjusted his no-trade clause. There are a few more teams on the West Coast and he took off a few teams from the south/east.
  16. A lot of weak hits off Jeffress in the 9th...now the tying run comes to the plate...
  17. Which is why I think about 60-75% of the league probably does something. In funnier news...I saw this and laughed a solid amount. http://mediadownloads.mlb.com/mlbam/mp4/2016/04/24/617904283/1461463208521/asset_1800K.mp4 This has got to be and will forever be the worst challenge ever. Whomever decided to challenge this should be fired, or at the very least be ridiculed forever.
  18. Me too actually. I will let everyone know the next time I take in a Saturday night game in April and you can look to put a bet in somewhere.
  19. He did go 4 - 6 last night. Maybe the last two weeks were the outliers in this early season. He probably hasn't changed, but if he has I am happy for him. As others pointed out. It seemed like he needed a change in direction as far as baseball is concerned and he was expendable for the Crew.
