  1. Yep, that could be the dagger right there. Perhaps a fitting end however.
  2. They did get 5 draft picks as well. Not sure what they are or what year. I am happy though. I am tired of this talk.
  3. EDIT: Or possibly Houston. Is it possible to switch franchises if/when someone drops out or gets kicked? Oops. I hit quote instead of edit.
  4. I am interested. psn tag: stoutdude04 I would prefer Baltimore or SD. I am not a die hard fan of the three you listed but I am a T.O. fanatic...
  5. About to beat Dragon Age 2...Which got me thinking about a lot of my old rpgs I played as a youngster. I dove into my old box of games and realized I was missing a few. Apparantly when I was away at college my sister took them to a friends house and left them there. Not a huge problem except one of the games was Suikoden II, which used is still worth a pretty penny.
  6. I havent but a friend of mine did and said he enjoyed it. I went to rent it but then went with Kindom of Amalur: Reckoning. Which was a good time.
  7. Brutal Surely that wasnt in response to the mods. If so, the mlb/espn boards will surely welcome you.
  8. He just threw his helmet. Kick him outta here! We don't need anyone showing anyone up.
  9. He very easily should have been in the Cy Young discussion but instead he was nowhere close because he had 14 losses. I remember playing MVP or the Show or something and having him start was just fun to look at. They always showed his stats prior to the game and I remember he had like 230 ks and only like 30 walks. Truely an incredible season. My favorite part of Sheets was when they would interview him. He would always talk about hitting instead of pitching. I loved that guy.
  10. It's funny because I think ive got a huge nest somewhere in my brick siding. Ive been shooting suckers down and running all week. On an injury related note: Last year we were playing ball at Waunafest and I hit a ball that I thought was gone so I was in my trot. Well...the ball hit the fence so I put it into gear and was trying to stretch the double into a triple and I felt like I hyperextended my knee going around second and chewed on some dirt. Over a year later and I still feel pain and pressure when I bend on my knee. I'm thinking I did more then hyperextend it.
  11. Also considering his spot was up with no one on base. Seriously there is no logic to taking him out with the game as close as it is. Roenicke's logic is that he though Ishikawa could hit a HR there, which is pretty bad logic. While I have 0 confidence in our bullpen...we did only have 7 outs to work with at the time.
  12. Lead off triple which Im hearing Gomez messed up somehow(missed it). Bang bang play on a ball hit to Hart. Altuve was safe and was called safe. ZG threw the ball into the ground and the ump ejected him immediately. ZG told him he was upset with himself and not the call. Then Ron got tossed too.
  13. It was silly of him and a poor choice. I just have a hard time when someone does that out of anger and the ump infers what he thinks he is mad about and makes a rash decision. Might as well start throwing guys out for swearing after a strike out or tough call.
  14. Thats why when I don't know how to spell someones name or a word I just leave it out or use a nickname...oh well. I'll start writing names fully tom...tom...tom... next week. (one of my favorite skits)
  15. Did someone ask him? I would not be the least surprised if he didn't want to stir the pot one way or the other. I think he's fine staying out of the news. I am speculating of course. EDIT: Upon doing a little reading I see someone did ask him and he responded with a typical PR response. We can infer...but I won't. I will leave it at that.
