I just said that less than 5 mins ago...... -
Prince has been pitched around for the last month. But for Gutless La Russa to do it in this game, that is sad.
-
Boy that would destroy STL's title run if Albert just busted up a finger on his throwing hand...... I agree again, pile it on boys!!!! And pitch to Prince already, he has 2 rbis to make up on Howard tonight!
-
what a great finish to a scary inning! This game is making me feel much better after a lousy first hour and a half! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
-
It was unclassy of them. How dare they enjoy tie-ing that game like they did?
-
I agree 100%. Someone give Cameron the rest of the night off.... 0/3, 3ks. Not close. Its not his night at this point.....ugh
-
Albert Pujols is a robot.......or a guy who used roids back when they didnt test for them.......or an absolute freak. He is so easy to hate but yet so damn good. Oh well......I can hate La Russa without any regrets..... Free Gamel! Nothing screams classy orginization like St. Louis.....boo Fielder when he falls down in the box, but yet, never boo your fat Albert when he fails to hustle ( 66% of the time when he records any out) I hate the Cards!

Video of Mauer tipping pitches
Buckylovesbeer replied to Patrick425's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I agree with everyone on this topic. Good for Mauer. If its just a guy on second doing it, and not a video camera, then tough luck to the pitcher. Its part of the game. I think all of us who played baseball growing up spent an inning or two trying to figure out the opponents "steal sign" from third base. -
Video of Mauer tipping pitches
Buckylovesbeer replied to Patrick425's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Every team would steal signals if the opposition allows it. Thats why teams change signs and signals. The twins reaction to this video is pretty funny.....basically Mauer and Morneau both said if they were going to be that obvious about it, they deserve to be hit the next time up. Good stuff. PTI had a huge debate over it today as well. Sign stealing is part of the game. I am surprised La Russa has not come out and said how his perfect team would never do such a thing! -
I think the Brewer's staff is too stuck in pitching away, away, away. They dont seem to mind the walks. It is very frustrating!
-
Macha give Gamel a cut in a 7-1 game.......8th inning. If Macha is the coach next year, Gamel is not going to be here.
-
The Brewers are swinging at everything. Jim Joyce has not called the outside of the strike zone all day, and the Rockies have taken advantage of that by not swinging unless they have too..... This game has had a lot of embarassing moments. We are making Aaron Cook seem like a god on the mound......and our announcers are having a "rockies love fest" right now. Ugh
-
Anyone else feel a little ill when they announced that Corey Patterson was up to pinch hit?
-
A horrible inning to say the least. Manny Parra's control sure makes Yo look that much better, even with his pitch count problems, doesent it? Parra seems to just lose it and today is another example of the Brewers having to pay for it. Damn These are the types of games that hurt to watch. The at-bats get bad, because the team appears to have given up. And the camera often turns to Macha, who looks as clueless in this type of game as in a game where the Brewers are winning 5-0. It hurts me as a 29 year old lifelong Brewer fan. And it tends to ruin my afternoon!
-
Hopefully Manny can end the year on a high note.......2 k's to start not bad.
-
Someone please explain why they brought Sup out for the 6th? We have a full pen. He has been garbage all night. I just dont understand what is going on in the head of Ken Macha
-
we have got to get some of these runners in! Yikes
-
The third inning has turned into a nightmare......we dont score, the Sup does his thing...... Todd Helton has had a really awesome career.
-
Gerut struggling at the plate lately.....wonder what is up with that? We need all the firepower we can muster when we bring the sup to the mound.....
-
Kendall is now showing his power off for Macha, who will probably try his best to sign him now in the offseason. Either that or Wheaties really do have super power.......Or may be he changed chew brands? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Prince is a beast. I hope fans in other towns understand how good of a year he really is having.
-
Watching this game, I feel as though Narveson should have a much larger lead to work with.......
-
I would really like Prince to win the RBI crown........that would be cool
-
Why not let the young guys play? It cannot hurt anything! (Butler just started warming up) A rumor I heard today is that JJ Hardy is getting spot starts when potential trading partners send their scouts to Miller Park......dont know if its true, but it is an ok reason I guess...... Gamel really getting no shot. I really feel bad for the young guys, as being called up to sit and watch loosing baseball does nobody any good.
-
This game has taken a very sour turn......not good. Big upset brewing in college FB, South Carolina up 16-3 on Ole Miss. Its on ESPN, I have been switching back and forth to try and ease the pain of the Soup-ing of the Crew......
