  1. My reaction after my first reactions...lol Always interesting looking back, but it truly was a case of me being attached to the guys we traded, and watching them play a lot of games in Appleton... I had high hopes for all the guys that were traded away.

Thin crust is where it's at!

Absolutely! I enjoy that, and I also enjoy pouring salsa on as well. This helps especially with cheap frozen pizzas. I wouldn't necessarily do it on a take out pizza, but frozen pizzas for sure!

    Pizza

    agreed 100%!

Yeah, never reheat in the microwave, I'd eat it cold before I would consider that idea. Actually, I like cold pizza for breakfast...

Yup, when my daughter was still living at home, that was her favorite, so we had it fairly regularly. I liked it a lot too, as did the rest of the family. We used to get groupons and with the groupon, the price was really nice too! lol

Not a fan of Dominos, and I can't tell you why exactly. Every time we get it, it's just meh to me. Papa Johns, same. I like a Papa Murphy's about once a year... More than that, it's also just meh. When we go with chain pizza, it's Pizza Hut 75% of the time, Little Ceasers probably 20%, the rest fill the missing 5%. We have a place about a mile from where I live in Appleton called Luigis that is awesome! Pricey, but really good crusts and sauce flavor. Also owned by an authentic Italian family.

I don't think I'd be interested in a pizza that tastes like a cheeseburger. If I want a cheeseburger, I'll get a cheeseburger...lol If I get pizza, I want it to taste like a pizza.

I also really like Little Ceasers... Can't beat the price, and it's still pretty good heated up as leftovers.

    Pizza

I had regular old Pizza Hut thin crust pepperoni last night. Loved it! It's probably my favorite pizza, when it's good, it's good! It's tough to beat their thin crust when it's done just perfectly. I know the pizza purists will disagree with me, but I like their pizza.

Yeah, it's even in the name "Lottza" Mottza... lol
  12. It will be interesting to see what happens when the new administration takes over...
  13. I'm with turbo on this one. Maybe because we're from the same generation? Just turn on the TV and click to 31..and the Brewers! Also my eclectic taste in sports, so the niche channels offered get utilized often. yup, I'm 55.
  14. My total bill is $206 per month for spectrum. That includes internet and phone (landline) which isn't necessary, but dropping the landline will add $20 per month to the total bill. Make sense of that. We don't have any HBO or movie channels. We do have DVR, and 3 cable boxes. My price will surely go up when my 2 years are done, which I think is May. At that time, I will have to call and try an negotiate my new "deal." I hate doing that every two years, but it is the nature of the beast. If I don't call, my bill will probably jump $50 or more. They hope that people are too lazy to call, and I'm sure they are right a lot of the time.
  15. Exactly. The few dollars saved isn't worth the hassle. agreed. The hassle of changing streaming sites on a constant basis isn't worth it to me either. I like turning on the TV, finding the channel and watching the game, not worrying from day to day, week to week, month to month, if I can watch a damn Brewers game. I am a cable guy, and don't feel I'm missing out on what the other 1000 services have to offer. There is only so much time in a day...
  16. I still have spectrum, and I don't miss a game. It costs more, but I like the reliability. My price deal ends in May though, if they contine to raise their price, I might be forced to look elsewhere, even though I don't want to do so.
  17. True Detective: Season 1 was GREAT! Season 2 was horrible, couldn't wait for it to end. Season 3 was good, not as good as season 1, but 10x better than the crap show season 2 was.
  18. Started watching Season 1 of Castle Rock yesterday. Can't stop watching! Good stuff.
  19. Do they offer that same discount for TV/Internet plans, or just cell service?
  20. I'd like to reiterate how great Yellowstone is... I'm about 1/3 of the way through season 3, and am going to be very disappointed when I have to wait for season 4 to be televised... SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!
  21. Yellowstone! Finally got around to watching season 1, I am not disappointed, it is freaking great! I am 6 episodes in and I can't quit watching...
  22. Sopranos is one of my top 5 shows of all time... Just a great great show! Agree with all your points!
  23. Season 3 of Westworld has completely gone off the rails... So disappointing.
  24. Yup, all fun and games at first, now that things are settling, they'll end up not being as great of a value as most anticipated. I have stuck with cable all this time, and though it costs more, I have no complaints with service or channel offerings.
  25. Next up, Stranger Things season 3 and Westworld, season 3.
