  1. There was a gentleman flying the L on the Puetz road bridge over 94 for all the southbound traffic in the rain yesterday. That is MORE than awesome! Just rubbing it in with gusto!
  2. ok, can't follow what is going on, stopped trying.
  3. Edwards jawing at the ump on his way out? About what? These guys are such big babies. Couldn't happen to a better bunch of whiners.
  4. That pitch is one that Braun normally swings and misses big on. Good discipline Brauny!
  5. True but leaving a hard thrower like Hader in there for three innings is risky. I was really surprised to see him come back out for the 8th. Starter his whole minor league career, pitched 3 innings multiple times this year, only 17 pitches. Only thing that was risky is the Cubs lineup. He was still the right choice. agreed.
  6. and that is my point... Differing opinions is kinda what makes the world go round. What you see as the big picture is not always the same as what others see as the big picture. It is kind of condescending to suggest that your big picture is more accurate than other's big picture. By the way, I agree with you on Davies. If he pitches like he did last year, we just got better. I have no ill will against the guy. I just find it odd that so many judge other's viewpoints as incorrect because they don't line up with their own. Let's see if you take your own advice next time there's a disagreement about CC. Your opinions seem to be dominant in those cases. but I never slam others for their views. I state my opinions, sure, but I'm never"disappointed" or "frustrtaed" by other's views.
  7. Only went 5, but could have probably gone more... I'm fine with pulling him, but why not put him out there for the 6th until he allows a baserunner? Too early to pinch hit him imo when he was cruising along just fine.

  9. Don't want to see Gio, out of the pen, in a high leverage situation for his first appearance in a Brewer's uniform.
  10. Last year wasn't all smoke and mirrors. The guy, when right, is a very good starting pitcher. It's been disappointing seeing the number of fans who are writing him off or just want him gone. Why do opinions of other fans bother you so much? Everyone has different views and opinions. I notice people always complaining about other's views on players, managers, etc. Who cares what others think?
