No one will ask him that question though. They will just lob him softball questions, and we'll hear the same old nonsense that we always hera at his post game. I don't even listen to them anymore, it's comical. -
So, do you think that even Jennings is wondering why CC continues going to him in these situations? Just horrible.
-
Probably pulled something on that pitch that he stopped in mid delivery...
-
Saving him for tomorrow, just in case we have a late lead again...
-
He waits too long to get guys up, very frustrating. Soria has struggled the past what, 4 hitters? 1 run lead.......geez.
-
PULL HIM! PULL HIM NOW!
-
Counsell pacing in the dug out, I don't know, maybe you could have gotten someone warming up before it became dire?
-
Blowing up Soria, or Lyles... Toss up.
-
And Harper is due... Due to walk.
-
Guerra, hopefully he is still there and sleeps in tomorrow...and misses the game. Are we REALLY going to pitch Junior again, in the thick of a playoff chase? What would the Cardinals do?
-
Yes, I'm on board with that proposal.

Link Report for Saturday, September 1
TURBO replied to Matt Breen's topic in Brewers Minor League Talk
T-Rats win. If they can win their last two, they make the playoffs! -
Why do so many people feel the need to yell stupid stuff at a baseball game? I sat in front of some knob idiot at a T-Rats game a couple weeks ago, and the guy ruined the experience with his non-stop yelling of things he thought were funny.

Brewers acquire Curtis Granderson for CF Demi Orimoloye

I'll take that bet!!! -
KJ rarely played catcher at WI anymore... I can't remember that last time I saw him behind the plate. Mostly DH and 1B recently.
-
It's not so much that we gave up Lara and KJ, it's that we gave them up for freaking Gio Gonzalez. *sigh*
-
Lara has looked WAY better than last year this season and is still VERY young, and Harrison has struggled, but you can see that he is going to be a good piece at some point. It seems Lara has been in our system forever, but he is still only 21 years old. If we traded both away for Gio Gonzalez, I will be very unhappy.
-
That would disgust me...
-
I don't really care, I like Kratz.
-
I see what you're doing, after crowing about how good the Schoop trade was, I thought a "reverse jinx" just may work better too! I crowed about the Schoop trade?
-
Booooo. Nothing to see here. Just hope we gave up equal garbage for the garbage we just acquired.
-
He'd be my choice. As much as I hate to say anything positive about a cardinal, I have enjoyed watching him this year. ENJOYED watching a Cardinal?
-
“Brewers active on a number of fronts.” That would seem to mean... anything. Including a bat or arm. Maybe even Chris Archer! I was posting on the actual post that homer made... (below) Mainly the "Specifically" part.

Saw something that the team decided to give Guerra another start Sunday against Scherzer as it stands now. Good thing I have a fantasy draft during the game. Might as well start your worst pitcher against one of the best in baseball. You're probably going to lose anyway, what difference does it matter if you lose 3-1 or 13-1? I do not believe that is playoff mentality baseball, but I get your point...
-
Another bat? No mention of an arm, starting or bullpen for that matter... sheesh.
