Arcia going down makes sense. Sogard coming back up makes ZERO sense. CC will not be able to stop himself from starting him, watch and see. This makes me sad.
I know this seems ridiculous to you, but is there any way you could consider using punctuation and caps on your posts? I think a few of us would appreciate it.
Yep. 59-53 would brings this team to 90 wins. This division is no joke, so it will be tough, but I think 90 wins is more than plausible. I wouldn't say MORE than plausible, but instead, a distinct possibility.
At this point, if CC is serious about winning, Salandino HAS to get an extra start or two per week at SS until he cools off. Arcia's struggles at the plate are not going away. If he at least could string together a few good days in a row, I can see sticking with our "guy" but that isn't the case.
Also, as of this very second, the Brewers have the 4th best record in baseball. 1st in the NL... Niiiiice! Yankees .689 Red Sox .688 Houston .633 BREWERS .620
If you guys keep slamming Arcia, CC might read this and remember that Sogard is back in AAA and bring him back to start the rest of the year at SS. Kidding, or am I?
UGGHHH! Hate it. I'll piggy back your thread with that damn Feldco 2 windows for the price of one commercial that made me gag last year. The one where the wife is pregnant, and is on the phone getting news, from what the husband thinks is her doctor... Cringeworthy. Also am tired of all things having to do with the pizza ranch.
Why are people so gung ho on a new catcher? I've seen it pop up in several threads. I'm fine with Pina, I think he does great job with our pitching staff. It goes un noticed in the stats, but I truly feel he is part of the reason our pitching has been so good. I would LOVE a new back-up catcher, but I don't think we need a starting backstop as badly as a lot of people do.
you 100% have to have a back-up catcher, no getting around it. Bandy should not be that guy, but you have to have one in case of injury, and off course to give the occasioanl day off.
Kind of seems like his current intended purpose is to lose ballgames. Too many other good options to continue to let this bum pitch. I just don't understand moves like this.
Eh, I don’t know. People have been pretty down on Bandy for awhile now. The difference is Counsell isn’t trying to make him a starter like he did with Sogard. clap*clap*clap
100% agree on this. Yes, he is young. Yes, he is typicallya whiz with the glove. It just feels like he should be progressing with the bat, but isn't. He was hitting .209 yesterday or the day before. We can't have a guy hitting .200 in the daliy line-up forever.
