  1. Shipping will cost the poor guy far more than the bobble is even worth...lol Maybe he collects bobbles from every Canadian player???
  2. Same seller now has Japanese Casey McGehees as well... Madgrad, how many of these Japanese bobbles do you have? No interest in trading?
  3. The big question is this: Will Biloxi and Colorado Springs be doing any bobbleheads this summer?
  4. No thanks mattsr0625, I only collect the SGA bobbles, I was just curious about this one...
  5. Do you have a link to those auctions?
  6. I don't have any. Ditto. I've never tried to find one due to it not being an SGA, but I'd be interested in one if anyone has an extra they'd be willing to trade.
  7. Madgrad is the guy that has them for sale. Maybe he can shed some light on the Aoki Japanese bobbles...
  8. I thought the Aerosmith Rockin' Roller Coaster ride was no longer there, or turned into a Myley Cyrus ride or something ridiculous like that?
  9. I had to google what OOZ% was, thought there was another new stat that I didn't understand, and nothing came up... What is OOZ% ?
  10. Anyone have information on these bobbles? If anyone on this site has them ( ) I'd be interested in a MAJOR trade to acquire them... http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n136/turborickey/JapanAokiII_zps330d13a3.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n136/turborickey/JapanAoki_zpse12c039f.jpg
  11. awwww shucks!
  12. He is an odd guy, and probably an issue in the locker room judging by his quirkiness. I would have a hard time seeing that stupid beard in a Brewers uniform.
  13. Latest on Kang, is it possible that the Brewers might have been in on him after all? ESPN's Jerry Crasnick reports that the Cardinals did not place the winning bid for Korean shortstop Jung-Ho Kang. Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch previously reported that the Cards were considering a bid, but if they ended up making one it obviously wasn't high enough. In addition to the Cardinals, the Rays, Twins, Yankees, Braves, Padres, Giants, Rangers, Angels, Dodgers, Blue Jays, Orioles and Mets are known to have not placed the winning bid for Kang. Source: Jerry Crasnick on TwitterDec 21 - 9:16 AM The Rays and Twins aren't believed to be the winning bidders on Korean shortstop Jung-Ho Kang.Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reported the Rays news, while Darren Wolfson of 1500 ESPN relayed the information on the Twins on Twitter. The Giants, per Alex Pavlovic of the San Jose Mercury News, never made a bid for the services of the 27-year-old. Plenty of teams are being eliminated, but the winning bidder hasn't been identified as of yet. Source: Marc Topkin on TwitterDec 20 - 6:50 PM Jim Bowden of ESPN.com reports the Yankees and Braves are two teams that did not submit bids for Korean shortstop Jung-Ho Kang.We know that the Nexen Heroes accepted the highest bid from an MLB team -- slightly over $5 million -- but we don't yet know which team that is. Bowden has eliminated two teams, both of which make sense given that they both appear to be set at the shortstop position. The Padres were previously eliminated by Jon Heyman of CBS Sports. We'll likely know which team did win the right to negotiate exclusively with Kang soon. Source: Jim Bowden on TwitterDec 20 - 4:58 PM
  14. For that price, we better have been in the mix. That is not a crippling amount of money, we could easily fit that into our budget. Please, please, let it be the Brewers!
  15. That is too much money, this is very scary.
  16. There is the chance that I am not "hipster" enough to participate in this thread, but here is my list, in order. Like the others above me, I haven't even heard of most of the stuff listed above. 1. Judas Priest - Redeemer of Souls 2. Sebastian Back - Give 'em Hell 3. Ace Frehley - Space Invader 4. Pretty Reckless - Going to Hell 5. Accept - Blind Rage 6. Royal Blood - Royal Blood 7. Godsmack - 1000hp 8. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - Hypnotic Eye 9. Red Dragon Cartel - Red Dragon Cartel 10. Robert Plant - Lullaby and the Ceaseless Roar Album of the year: Judas Priest - Redeemer of Souls - Just so, SO good!
  17. Hall of Fame Bobbles. 1500 of the Gold one, 20,000 of the white. http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n136/turborickey/ebaysales130_zpscd40cbe3.jpg
  18. I think he is a risk and flier worth looking into. I wouldn't be surprised if DM hasn't at least looked into it, but someone will more than likely be willing to pay more than us.
  19. I realize there is always love on this board for ex-Brewers, but Aoki is gone, time to accept it and move on... I'd rather have Parra.
  20. Agreed, and have always felt the same way about Dave Matthews Band. I guess I just never "got it." Was forced to see them in concert once, almost fell asleep, and left half-way through. First time I've ever done that at a concert, movie, or sporting event. +1 I have a couple of friends who think Dave Matthews is God, I don't get it either...
  21. I'm hoping we can get in on this, maybe Doug has a plan to surprise us?? Kristie Ackert of the New York Daily News reports that Korean shortstop Jung-Ho Kang is expected to require a contract in the neighborhood of three years and $24 million. That's in addition to a posting fee likely in the $5-15 million range, bringing the total commitment to $29-39 million. Mets general manager Sandy Alderson said Saturday that the team is "undecided" on whether they will make an for Kang, with Ackert writing that the club is "internally split" on the shortstop after scouting him. There are questions about Kang's ability to play shortstop and, as always with a player overseas, there's concern about whether his offense will translate in the majors. Kang is expected to be posted on Monday, with the Giants also reportedly interested in addition to the Mets. Source: New York Daily News Dec 14 - 9:43 AM
  22. I know he is talented, but has yet to put all that talent together. To be honest, I'd prefer not to have a player like that, with all his drama, on this team.
  23. Good riddance, a baseball team does not need a dance team. This is not the NFL, and attempts to make it that way are ridiculous.
