As expected, ebay is full of Hank bobbles... Some still think they will get $40+, others have started out less... No way the value of this bobble stays anywhere near the $40 dollar mark with so many people trying to unload them at the same time. 2 weeks from now, you should be able to get them for around $20 is my bet. -
Whoever that idiot is that screams when the pitch is made should be water boarded... I think it's the same knobjob that has been doing it during this entire home stand.

Problem is, now we can't take care of business ourselves, we are counting on help from teams that play Pittsburgh, AND we are hoping they start losing and find a way to choke it off and drop in the standings. It was a lot more fun when we controlled our own destiny, what, 10 days ago? I still can't believe how far we have fallen, but we are winning again, so hopefully this isn't just a mirage...

If this is not an all fan give away, like it has been promoted, they are going to have some issues tonight when fans find out... More than any other bobble game in memory, people are going to this game for the bobble, if they don't get one, it could get ugly. I think BSC is correct though, it does say ALL fan give away on the website. -

I agree that there will be a lot of people who don't normally collect bobbles, but will want to keep this one, but on the flipside, the gypsies can smell blood, and ebay will be absolutely flooded with them come tomorrow night... -

My interest in the NFL has lessened quite a bit the last 3 or 4 years. I can not stand the amopunt of commercial time during the games. It is maddening. The Redskins issue is stupid. Just more politically correct nonsense. What about the Atlanta Braves and Cleveland Indians? What about the Brewers, do we really need to glorify alcohol consumption in an already alcohol soaked society? There are others, but you get the point. We are also forgetting the Ray Lewis murder witness scam... This clown witnessed a murder, and never helped the police solve the crime. Now he is revered like a hero, the best player ever, blah blah blah... Just seeing the guy makes me want to puke, but the NFL and media fall all over him like he is a god, completely forgetting about his past. I could go on and on about other issues in the NFL that bother me, but there is no need at this point...

Or it was because he was a lefty hitter facing a really good lefty pitcher and Weeks hits lefties quite well. Makes sense to me. Of course that is what he was thinking, but I wouldn't have done it, and look how it turned out. Sometimes, he just needs to NOT manage.

I agree with you nate. MA is going to roll at least one more year with the current set-up. RRR is safe, and to be honest, I don't think it matters if they lose every game the rest of the season.

This is why I think Melvin should be fired. 2 years in a row of worst production at 1B. At least he made an attempt this year w Reynolds. Last year was inexcusable. He didnt even try a guy like Clark. I don't view a guy like Mark Reynolds as much of an attempt. It was a desperation move at best. Reynolds is pretty transparent as a player, we knew exactly what were were getting, a guy who whiffs at an alarming rate, who would probably hit at the .200 mark, and hit 25 homers. He has lived up to that, but what team wants those numbers anchoring an offensive position like 1B? Anyone who follows this sport and the players who play KNEW Reynolds would not be the answer to our 1B issue, yet we signed him anyway and got exactly what anyone with some baseball knowledge knew that we'd get. I don't view that as an honest attempt in any way...

There was a time when a 2 run deficit didn't seem like a lot, and a win always felt possible... Sadly, that time has past, and another loss seems like an automatic... Prove me wrong Aramis, I dare ya!
