If anyone will have extras, and want to make a trade, please let me know. The guy I was going to trade with isn't able to go after all, and I can't make the game either. PM me if you want to set something up.

Bad time for a walk K-Rod... I really hate to watch him pitch, between him, Yo, Estrada and Garza, they have taken off years of my life... -
Did they hire within the district? They have to post the job publically, but they do not have to give interviews to outsiders when they know they are going to hire a current teacher already on staff...
-
How bad does Garza suck? Seriously? He has added next to nothing this season...
-
I'm not real confident in our bull pen right now... Seems like things have turned for the worse lately with all of them.
-
Between him and Davey Nelson, I don't know who is worse.
-
This one truly saddens me. The Brady's will always hold a special place in my heart, they remind me of growing up back in the 70's...
-
Watching Gallardo pitch is always so painful... By this point in his career, he should have already figured out how to be more economical with his pitch count, but that has not yet happened. I'm sure, if he ever ends up a Cardinal, he will become a cy young pitcher when they fix him up...

They have never worn shiny gold jerseys, so I never understood why they painted them that way. I'd much rather see a realistic representation of the jerseys they actually wear (mustard yellow) than metallic gold.

The Scooter looks nothing like him, and not a fan of the chamo... I am blah on the henderson to begin with, and the bobble looks blah as well. Chorizo looks pretty cool, but it's just another sausage bobble.

Welcome back Aramis!
-
Why make a move, we have him in our own system....Jimmy Nelson says hello!
-
Yeah, it really is getting sickening watching Marco Bombs so often... Just got lucky on the Plouffe foul ball too.
-
The Cardinals will be 9-10 games back by the end of the month. is this an official prediction? Only if it is right, otherwise, it is not official...
-
How can anyone not root for Scooter? I love this kid! Reynolds sure can hit homers!
-
threw wildy to the plate and had zero chance of throwing out Segura, Lucroy advanced to 2B.
-
Has Gomez ever connected on one of his patented wild and crazy corkscrew swings? His homers are always nice fluid swings, yet he continues to swing like a maniac and miss... PS Nice RBI single Carlos!

CBS Sports' Jon Heyman hears that the Royals are "weighing a run" at free agent Kendrys Morales. The Royals are last in the AL in runs scored, so it's not surprising that they are trying to upgrade their offense, but Heyman hears that they'd likely have to shed some salary to make a legitimate push. Billy Butler is one possibility, but given his struggles, they could be hard-pressed to find a match. Teams like the Yankees and Brewers are probably more realistic fits for Morales. Latest on Morales: According to CBS Sports' Jon Heyman, the Yankees are "believed to have reached out to" free agent Kendrys Morales. Heyman adds that the Yankees are "thought to be awaiting the results of Mark Teixeira's medical re-evaluation before making a big play." Teixeira was given a cortisone shot Saturday for lingering soreness in his surgically-repaired wrist and will likely be placed on the disabled list if the injection doesn't do the trick. Morales is expected to sign shortly after the 2014 MLB Amateur Draft, which begins Thursday. He's been on the market since last November because his free agency is tied to draft pick compensation. I'm not sure I really consider that being "in the mix."
-
Gomez is lucky there, that was NOT obstruction. Horrible call by the umpire. Would have been the 2nd out made on the bases with stupid base running today. Dodged a bullet there...
-
Yo was in the mix for a cy young? I have no memory of that.
-
Just another out on the bases, a regular day at the office...(Davis)

uh oh...
