    With everything else being equal, which side gets the better deal in this trade? C. Utley, E. Encarnacion, and M. Owings for D. Wright, R. Theriot, and B. Wagner I'm curious to see what others think. I'd like some input, then I'll tell you which side was mine. Thanks!

    Anyone else see previews/reviews for Super Mario Galaxy? That game looks great and everything I've read about it makes it seem like the ideal game for the Wii system. That will be a hot item this Christmas season!

    Someone brought this up in a different post (sorry, I don't remember where or when), but Braun seems like a completely different hitter after the 6th or 7th inning. Is there somewhere that has his splits based by inning, or after a certain inning, or something to that effect?

    To add on to this point, Dessens was supposed to start in AAA last night (if I recall correctly). Last night would have been a great situation to allow Elmer to eat up some of the bullpen's innings. Without knowing the team's overall plans for Parra, though, it's hard to say whether or not last night was a "waste" of Parra's remaining innings.

    I hope Wise goes on the DL. With what injury? A Dessens-like "tired arm"? I would have predicted Spurling until his solid outing the other night. Wise is as good a guess as anyone.

    There was nothing on brewers.com about it, but is Prince expected to play tonight? He looked to be in some serious pain after getting beaned last night and facing another lefty in Perez, does he get the night off? Has anyone heard?

    It's 3:40, 40 minutes past the trade deadline any news involving the Brewers and trades hasn't come yet. Any idea when I can safely stop thinking that they might have pulled something off last-second? Or, should I just keep refreshing the page every 10 seconds?

    Really?? A month or two ahead of time? What if a guy gets hurt in training camp or during a preseason game? Do you have any contingency plans for situations like that?

    My fantasy football league became a keeper league last year. I'm really excited about the upcoming season, as I think there will be even more strategy involved in preparing for the draft, not totally knowing who will be available. For those that have/do participate in keeper leagues, my question is this: how far in advance of your draft did you have to announce your keepers? We figure we have to give the other members of the league some time to prepare for who is going to be gone before the draft even starts, but we haven't determined how much time. Anyone have any advice on systems that worked for you?

    I'm confused, can someone explain the blackout situation to me? If the game is in St. Louis, why would it be blacked-out in the Milwaukee area? If it was a home game, I could understand, but why black out a game not in this area?
